2. Products
The website offers for sale pigment photographic prints on Hahnemühle Fine Art paper, available in various sizes and finishes. Each print is produced by the WhiteWall laboratory according to professional standards.
Products are intended for decorative or personal use. Limited edition prints are clearly indicated, and their number is restricted.

3. Prices and Taxes
Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (TTC). Shipping costs are added at checkout and calculated based on weight and destination.
Accepted payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and other methods specified at checkout.

4. Ordering and Payment
Customers place orders directly on the website. The order is considered confirmed once payment has been received.
The seller will confirm the order by email and provide the estimated delivery time.

5. Delivery
Prints are manufactured and shipped by WhiteWall. The average delivery time is 9 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Risk of loss or damage during transport passes to the customer once the package is handed over to the carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, customers have 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the product.
Exceptions: personalized or custom-made products (limited edition prints) cannot be returned or refunded.
To exercise this right, the customer must contact the seller by email and return the product in its original condition, at their own expense. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

7. Warranties and Liability
The seller guarantees that products conform to their description.
In the event of a defective or damaged product during transport, the customer must inform the seller within 48 hours of receipt to obtain a replacement or refund.
The seller’s liability is limited to the value of the product sold, within the limits of the law.

8. Intellectual Property
All photographs and creations on this website are the exclusive property of Jean-Baptiste Collet. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization.

9. Personal Data
Information collected during the order process is used for order management and communication with the customer.
In accordance with the GDPR, customers have the right to access, correct, or delete their data by contacting the seller via email.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, French courts have jurisdiction.
